    These were really good barbecued baby back ribs would highly recomend them to anyone!

    Although this is a good recipe, I think there is too much going on - rub, and 2 entirely different sauce. The cooking method worked great because the meat turned out moist and tender. I didn't really like the BBQ sauce the much. The Teri sauce was good but very thin. I think the directions are lacking a little information.

    It baffles me to hear "Fall off the Bone" then see the person take the bone to their lips to remove the meat from the rib. Fall off the Bone has always meant to remove the bone with your fingers and place the bone away to the another location such as the side of the dinner place or into a bone bowl. Can you explain my disbelief when numerous chefs use the term Fall off the Bone? Ron Anderson

    The ginger in this along with the cilantro gives these ribs a reall authentic taste, makes me want to move to an island.
