This recipe is amazing. We grilled some steak for NYE and had this as our side dish. I could have eaten bowls and bowls of this stuff. I think we liked it better than the steak.

I have a self proclaim "Non Veggie Eater" hubby. However these B-Sprouts where soooooo GOOD, he ate them up without complaining about to much veggies etc. I served mines with a 1/2 whole grill chicken and some cheese bread. YUM! I scored a touchdown tonight even with the lil ones.

Such an awesome recipe!!! I've made it numerous times and EVERYONE raves about it. This recipe has made me a star!!! Personal hint: When the budget is low I will boil some Penne and mix this dish in with it. Makes an outstanding, delicious and inexpensive MEAL!!! YUMMY!!!!!

I made this as a side dish for Valentines Day. SUCH A HIT! my only modification was that I added a few shallots in addition to the onion, and I also sliced up the brussels to have more of a "salad" consistency. I was only making dinner for 2, so I halved the recipe. They were awesome. Thanks Emeril!

Super good, it needs some acid so we add lemon juice we also only use 6 ounces of bacon and it is great.

This is a huge hit year after year! The ingredients aren't difficult to find and the prep and cooking is very easy. The brussel sprouts are delicious. This year, as a treat to myself, I used pancetta instead of bacon. So flavorful and not quite as salty!!!

It was a hit at the family Thanksgiving dinner. I had made another veggie dish as a back up in case no one liked it. Had a lot of broccoli and green beans left. But happy to eat those leftovers knowing this was a hit. I even made a vegetarian version just with olive oil and butter. Will definitely make it again. Thanks Emeril.

My family LOVED it. The brussel sprouts were roasted perfectly and the onion, bacon and garlic added to the overall flavor. My kids like it too! Will make again.
