Wonderful, tasty brussels sprouts! The bacon is KEY. I like to saute the shallots in the bacon fat. So easy too!

I've never done anything w/brussel sprouts but steam them. This recipe was so good I can't wait to make it again! Very tasty.

My husband and I watched the show with Emeril cooking his Thanksgiving dishes.
Of course we both cook and enjoy different reciepes.
Emeril is out favorite chef to watch. We laugh as he prepares some of his dihes,but enjoy every minute of his shows.
The Brussel Sprouts are terrific. And so very easy to prepare.
I truly would love to meet him but I know I could never afford to come and see him.
Keep up the good work Emeril and all the chefs at Food Network. We love the shows.
