First of all, this receipe is great, usually Emerills always are, but, dont ditz the new cooking shows like Melissas! These new cooks may not be chefs, but, give a new look and perspective to cooking, the young people today look for the new younger cook to show them easy easy ways of the older trained chefs. This is a good thing!!!!!!!

How can you go wrong with bacon, cheese and butter? I made these biscuits just as instructed and we all loved, loved, loved them. I make Emeril's recipes quite frequently and have yet to make anything that did not turn out fantastic.
