    I have to say these were not a hit with my family. This is the first Emeril recipe that I've made that didn't go over well. We think the bacon should have gone on top since it got soggy. I don't think I will make them again. Sorry.

    i dont know what happen... these are ok. i ate them.. .but my kids didnt. there were nothing like i thought they would be... and it could have just been me or something i did or didnt do... on the instructions it doesnt say how high to put the stove so maybe something with the heat made them not taste as good as what everyone is saying... i wont make them again though... just wasnt that into them...

    This is a great side dish for anything! I left out the Worcestershire sauce and added butter, and they came out so good!

    Yum. Great peas. Will make again, but cut down on cooking time so peas dont get mushy. Thanks.

    I made this recipie and was amazed when my 8 year old son ( who never eats peas EVER!! asked for a SECOND helping!

    I tried this recipe but omitted the garlic and worsteshire sauce...I use beef stock when I make them with a beef dish and chicken stock when I make a chicken dish....they are great and even my 1yo grandson loves them...
