Ingredients
- 1 (10 pound) bologna
- Salt and pepper
- 1 cup brown sugar
Directions
Preheat the oven to 200 degrees F. Using a sharp knife, score the top of the bologna several times. Season the bologna with salt and pepper, and sprinkle the brown sugar over all sides of the bologna. Place the bologna on a roasting pan. Bake the bologna for 6 to 7 hours, or until the outside of the bologna is completely charred. Remove the bologna from the pan and place on a large platter. Serve the bologna hot with rolls and whole-grain mustard

Save your bologna and slap between 2 pieces of bread with some mayo or mustard. This recipe is horrendously awful.

I first made this for a Super Bowl Party but most recently for a Family picnic for Boy Scouts & both times it was met with timidity (after all it is JUST bologna but left with great reviews & requests for the recipe each time. The only drawback is finding that much bologna when you want it & it isn't as economical as you would think. I will definately make it, everybody hates to admit that they love it!!!
