This is the best cauliflower dish I ever made.. my 10yr old is not keen on cauliflower what-so-ever and he, as well as my husband, had TWO servings! So simple to prepare and so tasty!

This cauliflower is so delicious and easy. Emeril never lets me down.
I have to double this recipe or my 2 teenage boys eat it before my husband and I get a chance. It is awesome.

Excellent! I have been placed on a low carb diet by my doctor, so I am looking for new recipes. This is FANTASTIC! I have made it three times, and have diced the garlic instead of slicing it. The last 10 minutes in the oven I put a lid on so it steams the cauliflower a little bit too. This will become a staple at my house.

I make this over and over and over again. The leftovers (if you ever have any are great tossed with a penne or other tubular-type pasta the next day. (Mmmmm oriechette would be great! I'll have to try that next. I've passed this around to many over the past 4 years - I love this recipe!

Always looking for a cauliflower recipe w/out cheese (son is lactose intolerant, and this looked good. Didn't turn out bad, but next time I would take it easy on the lemon, and maybe bake a little longer so the florets are softer. Just too much on the taste buds as is.

Yes, the garlic is better sliced (as stated in the title but not in the recipe itself. Also, even though I used only 1 lemon (and not 2, the lemon flavor was too overpowering. This made for a tart dish. Emeril's roasted cauliflower recipe is much better.

Not a big fan of cauliflower, however, this is one way to please a crowd with a side dish, thanks again HGTV.
I have also substituted the caulflower with brocoli and it comes out delicious as well!

How so few ingredients can be so flavorfull is pretty amazing. We've had this twice now, with no leftovers it was so good.
