I really loved this dish! It was really easy and I used all of the leftover ingredients in my refrigerator. I will definitely make it again.

Fantastic! My 3 and 5 year old girls loved it. I used flounder b/c it was fresh and left out the rosemary since I didn't have it and it was very, very good.

Very easy -- I added cayenne to give the fish a kick and my wife loved it; we kept the fish in a bit longer in the oven; about 14 mins total and it was perfect -- great juicy, lemon garlic flavor; oh and instead of canned tomatoes I used fresh cherry tomatoes and diced them up w/ the garlic in my food processor; perfect!!

OUTSTANDING!! I'm new to baking fish, but I trusted the rating and Emeril. I was rewarded with a wonderful, easy to prepare baked fish recipe. My son and daughter-in-law loved it and said they hoped to see this recipe again, and they will. I strongly encourage you to try this healthy, quick and easy dish!!!

Wonderful recipe, one of my boys said: "I do not know, but I feel like I am in a restaurant!" And the other said: "Tastes so good, it doesn't need a sauce!": What other compliment can a dish get? Thank you, Emeril!

Easy, healthy and DELICIOUS! I cannot believe the volume of flavor that you get from this incredibly easy recipe, even my fish-hating child scarfs this up as fast as I can plate it.

I LOVELOVELOVE this recipe! It was so easy and SO delicious. I used small grape tomatoes instead of the canned tomatoes. I cut them in half so they would get soft in the oven. I think it made it even better!

I made this fish recipe for our new healthy lifestyle. We don't ever eat fish but I found this recipe and thought it sounded pretty good. Good does not describe it, it was INCREDIBLE!! Niether of us are crazy about fish but this fish had so much flavor that it was like eating heaven. I could definately eat more fish because I finally found a recipe that tops them all!
