    Very good! The glaze was amazing (didn't add the alcohol. Covered ham after first hour. We finished the ham with nothing left but the bone. Others should definitely try this recipe.

    Being from Fall River Ma I have always been a fan of Emeril's recipes.This one is the best yet. Fork tender and delisous.People who came in and said they were to full to eat could not resist haveing a plate after a taste of this mouth watering ham. Once again you have made many people in Fall River proud. This is definetly a keeper|

    I made this for Christmas 2010, I have to say this is the best recipe! The flavor is incredible!!!!!
    My family couldn't get enough. Also the smell that lingers in your house for the whole day is also a special treat. This is a guarantee recipe I will use again and again! Also, the essence rub was phenomenal!

    I never used to eat the "holiday ham". But then my sister in-law made this for Thanksgiving last year...and I was impressed! I then made it myself just after the holidays and everybody loved it! It's the first thing I ever cooked and it was great! I made it again in the Spring and it was still a big hit! This recipe is so good, that I will make it time and again!

    The Essence was fantastic! The glaze was great. I worried about the "too citrusy" comments, but found it a nice balance. It will become our Christmas tradition.
