This bread was so easy to make and turned out perfect! My fiance has been sneaking slices of it all evening! I'll definitely be making this on a regular basis.

It looked so easy, and it was. I am not a big cook, but I wante to make something special for Thanksgiving, and when my husband tried it, he was so shoked, ecause it was so good. I was just happy it rose.

The recipe doesn't tell you when to add the eggs. I added then at the same time as the bananas.

The recipe yield much less than what I was originally expecting, but other than that, it was pretty good, although I've had better banana bread before. *Tip: For moister bread, try adding a 7oun can of crushed pineapple. It really kicks it up!
