- 1 1/2 cups orange juice
- 1 cup ice
- 2 scoops vanilla ice cream
Directions
Combine all ingredients in a blender. Blend until smooth.

I have not tried this recipe yet, but I agree with jroup. Besides I don't see anywhere that it claims to be healthy!
