    This is a delicious smoothie.

I have not tried this recipe yet, but I agree with jroup. Besides I don't see anywhere that it claims to be healthy!

This is NOT a healthy breakfast smoothie. This recipe should be listed under the dessert section! Please do not give your kids this smoothie full of fat and sugar first thing in the morning as the glycemic load of this smoothie is high and will result in a "crash" soon after. I'm really disappointed that this website would promote this false advertisement of a so-called healthy breakfast smoothie recipe! Get REAL!

OH PLEASE ice cream in the morning is better for you than a bag of chips and a mountain dew. So, buy fat free sugar free ice cream or use frozen yogurt

This smoothie sounded delicious, but it was kind of bland when I tasted it.

I watched this show yesterday and I thought he added 3 frozen bananas and no ice!! So that's how I made it. I had to peel the bananas with a knife and I substituted 1 scoop of ice cream with a couble of heaping tablespoon of plain yogurt and it was very good. I love the idea of the frozen bananas instead of ice. Will definately use this one again.
