My favorite potato salad! This is an amazing side dish everyone will love. I served it with baby back ribs and baked beans and all my friends fell in love with it : You gotta try it.

This was an excellent recipe; both the chicken and potato salad. I changed a few things but all in all the recipe is good.

Absolutely amazing, and packed with far more flavour than anything I've ever bought or eaten at a restaurant. I make a triple quantity of Emerill's Essence once in a while, and use it to replace Cajun seasoning in all my chicken dishes, pizzas and anything that needs kicking up a bit. Introducing me to this recipe (almost reconciled me with my mother in law!
The bacon potato salad works well, although I tone it down a notch to balance hot sauce.

This potato salad is always a hit. The small red potatoes are perfect and the best part is that it can be served immediately after preparation.

I am not a big bbq gal but this sauce is FANTASTIC! You can kick it up or kick it down... it's not terribly spicy made as printed, just has a mild, pleasant spice to it, but I'll probably add less hot sauce next time for my kids. WONDERFUL, a definite keeper.

I find the whole website to be Great.
and Alice you do not have to print out the recipes in color, just select BW in your print menu.

The new format for Food Network recipes is terrible!! The chefs/cooks names no longer appear with the printout of the recipes. Also, I do not want the colored pictures for a recipe as they use up too much ink from the printer. I miss having the ratings that used to accompany the printouts as well. I find all these new changes to be less useful . The web sites for all the network chefs/cooks are more difficut to use and very inefficient.

I made this potato salad for my family reunion. There were other potato salads there, but this one quickly disappeared and left the others in the dust. I gave all the credit to you Emeril, and told everyone where to find this great recipe.

This recipe is a keeper, and only gets better the longer it sits in the frig. I will add a little sugar next time, but everything else was perfect.
