I have used this many times for a prep ahead meal, Super Bowls, Christmas Eve, etc... Everyone loves it! I maninate for 1-2 days, but I do cook at a 300 temp for instead of 225. Adding garlic doesn't hurt either

This was outstanding. The meat was so tender and the bbq sauce had a nice kick to it. Roasted Saturday morning and didn't have to worry most of the day. My family loved it.

The best pulled pork I have ever tasted! The pork was extremely tender and full of flavor. I made this for a large group everone loved it! The homemade bbq sauce was fantastic. I served this with cole slaw and garlic smashed potatoes which was perfect. I used mini portugese rolls and mini sandwich rolls and let everyone choose which bread they preferred. I will definately be making this again!
