    I have never cooked anything like this...and was a little scared! It turned out with the most wonderful flavor (I only made the pulled pork sandwiches. I used a pork sirloin, b/c I couldn't find a pork butt in my grocery store. I also used my favorite BBQ sauce, instead of making his. But, these were great. We'll have them again.

    I have always attempted to make a good barbecue but always fell short, This is great barbecue,the sauce is wonderful, I got so many compliments on the cole slaw. Thx Emeril

    The pulled pork is worth the effort - loved the flavor! I served this at a picnic and it was a hit. The pork and cole slaw were fantastic together.

    Although I have had fried pickles in a restaurant and loved them, no one cared for these -

    I have made this recipes 4 times now and it is a HUGE hit where ever I go. It is so simple, just time consuming but worth the effort.

    This had a good taste and a bit spicy but the apple cider vinegar flavor over powered all the other flavors. I would make this again but only use maybe a 1/2 a cup of the vinegar.

    Great flavors, Loved the pork and cole slaw. I'd cut back on the pepper flakes and cayenne pepper if your doing with kids or don't like it as hot.
