This was spectacular!!...I only did the smoked pork butt and slaw...I didn't have the patience to let the rub marinate over night..I just let it sit for an our and smoked it on my Webber with mesquite..It took only 4 hours..I just know I made my neighbors jealous with the wonderful aroma...The slaw was some of the best that I have ever made..And a bonus...My teenagers are picky eaters and they devoured it..This is a true keeper...Julie

We loved the pork, but really didn't care for the cole slaw. I marinated the pork overnight, put it in the crockpot and cooked it 10 hours on low - delicious and tender!

This recipe was splendid. Our favorite was the bbq sauce. We eat it on almost everything. I love the fact that you don't have to cook it. As usual, another great recipe from Emeril.

I did not do the pork exactly the same because I've got my own recipe that I just can't part with. I love this Cole Slaw. It's not sweet like so many of the slaw's I get here in Virginia.

I have never had anything less than rave reviews whether I serve this at a church function or with family and friends and I never mix up less than a quadruple recipe of essence.

I have never cooked anything like this...and was a little scared! It turned out with the most wonderful flavor (I only made the pulled pork sandwiches. I used a pork sirloin, b/c I couldn't find a pork butt in my grocery store. I also used my favorite BBQ sauce, instead of making his. But, these were great. We'll have them again.
