This has become my go to recipe for a good pizza dough. The texture is great, crispy on the outside, light and moist (not dried out on the inside. I've already used it for calzones also!

This was a very easy recipe. I did not kneed it by hand; I used the arm attachment on the mixer. The dough came out perfectly. I think I will experiment next time and add some garlic to the dough, give it a little kick.

Having never made my own pizza dough, I was looking for a quick/easy recipe that I could mix by hand, and this one was perfect. I used only whole wheat flour so I had to use about 1/4 cup extra water to mix everything together, but this made two crusts that were perfectly sized to my pizza stone and tasted great. I baked them at 450 F for about 10 minutes.

This is a great recipe! I continue to embellish and think it tastes much better with 3 tablespoons of light brown sugar. Just a personal opinion

Great. This is the simplest recipe for pizza dough I had ever made. I am a begginer and everytime I made this dough it turned out better than the time before. Easy and just, umm great.

I really like this recipe, how simple it is and how it allows you to make it your own, put your own touch on it. I started making the dough for pizza then thought calzones sounded better and made them instead. They turned out great and the taste was phenomenal and fresh. My husband thought they were very good and wants them again tonight!
