I made the version with Parmesan cheese on a pizza stone. I had a trouble getting the bottom to brown up, so I'll have to play around with which rack and temps to use. The texture and flavor were fabulous, though. This will be my 'go to' recipe for pizza dough from now on.

I didn't have time for a foccacia dough so I made this instead. I'm intimidated by Emeril's recipes but this one was great and suprisingly easy! I won't be buying the bag of pizza dough again! This dough recipe is so versitile - this will definately be my staple dough recipe from now on.

I will no longer be making the pizza dough from the sack (dry ingredients, add water. This is almost as easy and the taste and texture are incredible! I will add more spices and flavorings next time, and you definitely don't need all three cups of flour. But overall this is a great base that you can make your own.

I followed the recipe and sliced the dough with a pizza cutter to make breadsticks. Before baking I brushed them with a light coat of olive oil and topped them with a light sprinkle of Herbes De Provence (a mix of rosemary, marjoram, thyme and savory along with grated pecorino romano cheese. I'll definately try the dough recipe for homemade pizza soon.

This was my first time ever making pizza dough. It was easy and came out good, but I kept adding flour until it wasn't so sticky. It was rather bland so the next time I'll add basil, garlic, or other seasoning to dough before rolling it out.
