    Why can't I get a thin crust like new york pizza shops. This comes out the same way as other variations. I just can't seem to nail it!

    This recipe turned out excellent, but I had to consult other cookbooks and estimate a baking time for the crust and pizza. Just a little more information telling temp and precook time for crust and temp and cook time needed for dough with toppings would be helpful.

    Great recipe for NY Style pizza! Almost perfect, except we are using TN water, so it's just not quite the same, but very close!!!
