    It had been years since I had a starter and made bread. I forgot how easy it is. Cabin Fever brought me back to bread making and I forgot how good it was without all the preservatives. Emeril your the best.

    It would be nice if I could find a recipe for sour-dough BREAD to go with this starter!!!!!!!
