Great recipe & like others have mentioned before, it makes a ton of food. I was a little hesitant about going full bore with the habanero so I went with a halapeno pepper instead. It was no where near as spicy as I thought it might be so next go around, habanero here I come. Other than following the advice that the only thing better than a little garlic is even more garlic, I pretty much followed the rest of the recipe as written. In the future though I think I might double the tomatoes though ;'>

Thanks again Emeril for another great recipe.

This was my first dish that I made when I got interested in cooking and it is now my favorite. I am a big pasta and chicken fan and this dish creates teh best of both worlds. A trully amazing and yet simple dish.

I made this the first time with my 9 year old after he saw it on Emeril Live. We loved it! I made it for a friend of mine who had 3 sick kids at home. She and her husband ate it for 3 days and asked for the recipe. They agreed it was the best pasta dish they ever had. I have since made it for other friends and they all ask for the recipe. I leave out the habanero pepper because it is hot enough for us without it.

Such a good dish. I've made it for my boyfriend several times, and every time it gets better. We doubled the amount of peppers for a lot of heat. Great the next day also. YUM!

This recipe was easy and very tasty. I thought the habeneros would be very hot but they were just fine. Kids were not crazy about the sauce but the wife and I loved it. It's a keeper.

My family enjoyed this recipe even though it was SPICY. I omitted some of the salt when I noticed the recipe getting too salty. I'll definitely cut out the salt all together next time. This recipe has lots of potential though, I added sliced mushrooms. I can imagine this dish with shrimp, or chicken sausage, or artichoke hearts, sundried tomatoes, . . . the list goes on. Thanks for the recipe.
