    This seems like an unusual salmon preparation . It takes a bit of work but the results are a truly delicious salmon dish. The combination of flavors and textures take your taste buds for a ride.

    I had this recipe at Emeril's New Orleans Fish House in Las Vegas and I have to say it was the best salmon I've every tasted!

    I actually did not have the time to make the Worcestershire sauce and substituted with lee & perrin's and it was still fantastic! I made this for a dinner and everyone loved it!! They all wanted the recipe:

    I haven't made this recipe yet, but I recently ordered it at his Delmonico restaurant in Las Vegas and it was hands down the best salmon I've tasted.
