This recipe is DELICIOUS! I make the ribs in the crock pot in the morning to make my life easier. My family and guests go crazy for this sandwich. I don't care for blue cheese usually but the slaw is very good and goes with this sandwich. I wouldn't change a thing. It's a the perfect marriage!

I made this recipe with Beef Brisket instead of the ribs. It took a tad bit longer but the meat seperated amazingly. I used a fork and my hand.

Will use a crock pot next time to see if slow cooking changes the texture

I made this for a dinner party once, and everyone RAVED about it! Since then, I've made other pulled BBQ sandwiches, and my husband wont eat them because he's spoiled on these! They are to die for!

This is one of the best BBQ recipes I've ever had. We usually do pork BBQ, but this one really blows pulled pork away. Emeril, you did it again!

This cole slaw is fantastic. I add dried cranberries to it and it's even better!

I did not try the blue cheese slaw. But the bbq rib sandwiches are fantastic.

Slaw was strange tasting. It needed some sweetness to it. Sandwich was good but would have been better with traditional slaw.

The most outstanding part of this dish is the cole slaw! It has a smooth, creamy flavor and lacks that bitter, acidic taste most slaws have! This is the best slaw I've ever tasted!
