    Coming from a Portuguese family, Italian food just wasn't an option. Now that i'm married me and my wife like to try different foods, and let me tell you, this dish was out of this world. We made this dish with Home-made portuguese red wine and it tasted great. Thanks again Emeril for the great recipe

    The aroma in the house while this simmered was fantastic! The flavors are very bold, just incredible. I used a less expensive Italian wine from the same region and it was fine. We served this with rissoto and a salad, delicious meal!!!!!
