    When I finished making this meal, I thought, "Wow. This looks really kind of bland," but I was proven wrong after the first bite. This is a creamy dish with a nice rich beef flavor. Perfect comfort food!

    Emeril's Essence seasoning is key - You can buy it at the store like I did or make it at home. Also, don't forget the cheddar cheese, as it really adds to the dish.

    I will make this one again!

    This dish has a lot of flavor. I had to use some cornstarch to thiken it though. Made my own egg noodles and it makes all the difference.

    I've never been disappointed with an Emeril recipe until now. It is a quick and easy meal for the end of a busy day, it just lacks something to fix the bland.

    This was yummy. I'm even a college student. I forgot to buy sour cream though, so I don't know how that would help. Plus I found a huge salt monster in my beef broth...at least I hope that's what it was.

    very good recipe only addition I made was to add some cheese to melt in it to thicken sauce some.....great flavor

    I LOVE Emeril, I watch his show EVERY night. So I thought I'd give this beef stroganoff a try..it was very easy to make...quick...however, something was missing. It was very thin..and the flavor wasn't quite what I expected. I added half a stick of butter to this, made it taste a LOT better...I suggest add some flour to this also to make it thicken more.

    This was a great recipe. Being a single mom of an active teenager, and having a full-time job, I am always looking for quick and easy meals with a good flavor, and this one really filled the bill. My son is extremely picky over what he eats, and he nearly licked the pan he enjoyed it so much. Good Job!
