This sandwich was so incredible! The spice rub is unbeatable. I would like to try some sweetness with it, like fig jam or something...other than that, this was amazing(:

My teenage daughter, who doesn't eat much beef, said this was her favorite dinner, bar none!! I am making it again this weekend for a family gathering. It is an expensive cut of meat, but served in this manner you don't need as much.
The only change I made was adding some slow roasted roma tomatoes that I had made earlier that same day.

This was a huge hit at our Christmas party! I did it on mini brioche rolls to go with all the other finger foods we were doing. There was very little left. I would definitely make agian.

OUTSTANDING! Served it last night to a group of 20+ and everyone went back for seconds and thirds! Easy and delicious,Emeril's Essence makes it!
Will be trying it on pork tenderloin next and expect the same excellent results.

I made this exactly as the recipe called. It was completely devoured in
less than one hour, with only 5 people.
We all wished we had more ! the only thing I'll change next time, is I'll make 2 of them. I did marinate it for 48 hours. This recipe is worthly of the costly chunk of meat !

This sandwich has an excellent combination of ingredients. The spice rub and horseradish add a little kick. Quite delicious!

I only made the horseradish sauce for cold roast beef, tomato, provolene, onion, lettuce sandwich and it was exactly the right condiment!! I will used again.

This was my first time making beef tenderloin, and it was so easy, I don't know why I've never tried before. Amazing favor, big hit with guests.
