Very, very good! Would have been perfect if I had cooked them slower (more than an hour. I seasoned my wings and let sit overnight, then i marinated them in the brine (omitting the salt for 8 + hours. Delicious!

This recipe came out perfect. I marinated for exactly 12 hours and grilled it on a charcoal grill and it came out perfect.

I usually love his recipies but I did not like the mixture of citrus juice with the beer. Those two flavors dont seem to marry well in this recipe and I just didnt enjoy the finished product.

Made tonight with a whole chicken (3 1/2 lb - brined from 8:30am until 6pm, then cut the chicken in half & grilled. So tender and tasty! May sound like an odd combination, with beer, citrus, cilantro, etc, but worth it. Definitely a keeper!
