    Here we go again:
    What "Rican" conveniently omits (either by ignorance or agenda-setting is that geese NATURALLY overeat (usually in preparation for winter. Also his 150 pound man analogy is not an accurate comparison. Unless you are a vegetarian there is nothing especially cruel about foie gras, only in rhetorical anthropomorphism and misplaced empathy.

    I noticed the previous review does not actually rate the recipe at all. That might explain the one star. Anyone who loves a fatten duck liver as much as I; would find this recipe to be top notch. It deserves a much higher rating. I give it five stars.
