We made this for our Halloween Party and it was very good however next time I would cut the amount of cloves/cinnamon as I thought a little overpowering. Overall very good and goes down "very easy".

Making my own spiced rum put this punch over the top. It's so easy; try it and you'll never settle for anything else.

Let me begin by saying it's not necessary to serve as an actual "punch". It can be served as a highball by keeping the rum, juice and soda separetly and mixing when you serve a drink. We used sour rather than sweet and liked that combination much better. It's an excellent fall/winter punch and probably good served hot without the soda mix.

This punch is the best! It was super easy to make. It is going to quickly become my famous punch and will be bringing it to all the holiday parties I go to this season!

My title pretty much says it all, I made it exactly as recipe says. I recommend using less ground cloves perhaps cus the smell is a little over powering at first..but it does taste great..and it's a good way to...well get drunk without realizing how much booze you're drinking.

On first taste the alcohol was a bit overwhelming, but it definitely gets better when allowing it to sit for a little while. The spices are nice but it has a strange aftertaste. After a taste most people passed on the punch although a few did like it but overall it wasn't worth the expense of all that Capt. Morgan's.

This punch was so easy to make, and tastes fantastic! I am not a big drinker, so I tend to steer clear of things that are 'hot' from alcohol when I drink them. The flavors of this punch blended together perfectly and my husband and I and our guests LOVED it!

This will be an awesome compliment to our party spread.
I could hardly wait to collect all of the ingredients, and start it this morning.
The Captains rum is not too over-powering.
    A fabulous Punch!
