    I made this for part of our Resurrection Day (Easter dinner and everyone loved it. I made it the day before and wished I'd made it sooner since it tasted better 2-3 days after making it.

    I was looking for a different salad recipe. This was it, not only do all the flavors work well, but it looks festive too. A real hit at my house.

    The food that he cooks' is the best, HE COOK'S FROM THE HEART. The salad just melted in your month. You didn't even really have to chew it up. I LOVE EVERY FOOD NETWORK SHOW!

    I tried this for a picnic this past summer and it was very good. Easy to make, packed with flavor and good for you too! It kicked our buffet up a notch!

    This salad was really yummy. The next time I make it, I will reduce the olive oil so it's not so oily. Otherwise, fantstic!!

    I'm always looking for black eyed pea recipes b'cuz my husband loves them. These are delicious. A keeper and great to bring to a gathering.
