    This was great I was pleasantly suprised at how moist the chicken was and the blue cheese stuffing was an excellent collaboration.

    I made a simplier version of the blue cheese butter (didn't have all the ing. but it came out great. Wonderful recipe for blah boneless skinless chic. breasts. Thanks Emeril

    Though this is not a beginner's dinner, it's worth all the effort.
    I made this for my boyfriend who loves blue cheese and he still talks about how good this dish was. As someone who doesn't love blue cheese as much I must admit it's an awesome dish. I would save this for special nights though because it's a lot of work.
