The ice cream was way too strong. I didn't make this with Danish Blue brand though. I don't know if maybe it's a little milder, but 4 oz. is too much for only 2 cups of cream. The toppings were really good. That's what we ate of the ice cream and threw the rest away. I'll stick with my traditional flavors.

Not terrible, but not worth the effort. Used pear juice instead of wine to avoid the liquor store, and gorgonzola cheese.

This is so creamy. I used Asian pears which gave it an added crunch.The blue cheese flavor is still there as these pears are a less sweet than others.Once people find out what they are eating, they are so surprised!
