Ingredients
- 1 cup frozen blueberries
- 1/2 cup light rum
- 1/2 lime, juiced
- 1/2 cup crushed ice
- 1/4 cup superfine sugar
Directions
In a blender, combine all ingredients and process for about 30 seconds. Pour into a chilled glass.

I strained mine and it still had lots of floating blueberries in it. I also thought the lime was too overpowering for the blueberries; I could barely taste them. I didn't hate it though, so I gave it two stars, but I won't be making it again. What a way to waste blueberries! I'll save those for pancakes from now on.

The blueberry daiquiri I make uses Blueberry Schnapps. While straining it would make it better, I like the flavor the schnapps adds

Very good recipe, though the 1/2 cup of crushed ice seems a little low. The daiquiri came out much darker than the picture suggests. Also, wow, either stay home or get a cab because the 1/2 cup of booze per serving means you're not going anywhere too soon.
