    I love custard... Anything Emeril makes is a hit with me. His recipes always
    comes out & taste perfect every time!

    I was looking for a new twist on Blueberry Pie. This was delicious and easy. I'll definitely be making this again this summer - more than a few times! Miss you, Emeril.

    Yum! I forgot that the custard bakes down a little so I'll fill the crust to the brim next time!

    This is a great recipe and the custard is simply that. I love blueberries and custard. I think next time I will try to do this in individual ramekins with graham cracker crusts or get out the lard and make a really good pie crust.

    I was terribly upset that the comments on this site are not monitored. The other reviewer was obviously not a cook (Their comments should be stricken from this forum as they are terribly inappropriate.
