I cut the sugar by half in the blueberry topping and the entire thing turned out FANTASTIC!
Everyone loved it and thought it was right out of a restuarant

I made this recipe for breakfast yesterday and it was delicious! My absolute favorite part was the orange filling (I only had one orange which I used up in the blueberry sauce so I substituted orange extract for the zest and juice in the filling and it was sooo good!
Following the blueberry sauce recipe to a T I found that the sauce was not thickening to my liking (it looked like a thin syrup so I added an extra tablespoon of cornstarch and that did the trick.
I also tried this blueberry sauce in place of the blueberry jam in Melissa D'Arabian's blueberry crepes recipe with custard and it was amazing! highly recommend.

I have made this for Christmas breakfast for 5 years now. It never fails to look and taste great. I do make it up a day ahead and have it in a baking dish ready to pop in the oven in the morning and have had no problems doing so. This was my first crepe recipe and I found it easy to do but I would not reccomend it for someone new to cooking but do try it. Yum!

My family loved these crepes! I actually didn't have mascarpone so I used just regular cream cheese. I'm actually glad I did that because it was very sweet anyway! We didn't have corn starch either (I was trying to be resourceful! so I just used a little flour and then reduced the blueberry sauce for a good half hour until it looked like syrup. It was to die for! Very sweet and very satisfying. I recommend extra blueberries because I ran out when I was stuffing the crepes. Absolutely a big fan!

These were so good. I highly recommend them. I made them with just a little extra mascarpone and cream cheese so they wouldn't be as sweet and they were delicious!

This was not too tricky to make and really delicious. I used frozen mixed berries (raspberries, blue berries, strawberries in the sauce and it was fantastic.

Definitely a must-try! My family and I loved these crepes. I substituted our family favorite, strawberries, for the blueberries and it was incredible. I also purchased the crepes instead of making them to save time and it was great.
