Being from New Orleans having people just drop by is a normal event but this time I got caught with nothing to serve my unexpected dinner guests for dessert. This receipe was a life saver! I had peaches and blueberries in my freezer and everything else is pretty much stock items. Prep is a breeze ( I did use a drop topping for this occasion to speed up the process and it is really good! Thanks again Food Network for being there when I needed you!

The only changes I made was to add a little less sugar and added tapioca instead of cornstarch.
It was wonderful, my family loved it.

fabulous--- but to the reviewer who said it was sickly sweat, to each his own- bake yourself a scone instead.Personally, I don't like things too too sweat, I like to highlight the fresh fruit, but hey this is dessert, and it doesn't get much better than this one.

My first cobbler made!! I halved the portion since there is only two of us. I substituted 1/4 cup of wheat germ and it gave the crust slightly more crunch. Also, I used raw brown sugar instead and reduced the sugar to about half in the fruit mixture. The peaches and blueberries are naturally sweet enough to make it super yummy. Still there are left overs and I made another fresh batch to bring it over to our friends the next day!!

Very good. Made with canned peaches. Did not add water used less juice from the peaches.

This is a really good cobbler that is easy to prepare. I used my own "never fail pie crust" and frozen peaches worked just fine. I substituted brown sugar and the sweetness was perfect. I can't wait until our central Texas peach crop comes in! When it does, this "bad boy" recipe is coming back out of the drawer for another round.

This cobbler was FANtasTIC! I made a few changes on the ratio of peaches to blueberries and added lemon zest to the fruit and whipped cream, instead of lime. It is one of my favorite recipes for cobbler now. I even used frozen fruit and it still came out yummy.

The cobbler was fantastic! I used fresh ripe peaches and blueberries we picked ourselves from a local blueberry farm. Next time I may increase the amount of blueberries or try using blackberries instead. I did not make the lime/ginger whipped cream and simply served it with vanilla bean ice cream. Perfect! The biscuit topping had a really good flavor; I'm usually disappointed in cobbler toppings, but not this time. Will definitely be making this again when the fruit is in season.

Took this to a small BBQ today and got rave reviews. The only thing I change is brushing melted butter on top of the topping and sprinkling only 1/2 TB sugar instead of the full 2 TB. I also added an extra cup of blueberries; delicious.
