I love cinnamon, and the combination of lemon & blueberries. After reading a couple of reviews, complaining about how bland the muffin was, I decided to double the cinnamon and the lemon zest. And I don't regret it! The muffins smell and taste D-E-L-I-C-I-O-U-S!! The scent of cinnamon and fruit was yummy. The batter was so moist I thought it was uncooked. To my surprise it was well cooked (i did bake it for 23 min, not 20, and super, super moist. I'm so happy I won't have to buy store-bought muffin mix anymore. This recipe is a keeper. BTW, I only had blueberries. I don't think I missed out on the rapsberries. And I used 1 1/2 C all-purpose flour and 1/2 C Whole Wheat. I do notice that whenever I substitute with whole wheat flour, I need to add more sugar or cinnamon. I prefer cinnamon.

I was some what disappointed with these muffins. Since it had 5 stars I was expecting them to be much better tasting. The batter raised well and they were easy enough to make, but I was expecting them to perhaps be a little sweeter. The only thing that saved them was the fruit. The batter would not have been able to stand alone. It just seems to be really bland. I'm bummed because I've made these for my niece's classroom. Hopefully a bunch of 7 year olds will only care that they are getting muffins. :-

These muffins are the BEST!!!! Yesterday was the second time making them, and they turned out just as good as the first. My husband even LOVES them, which says alot because he is the pickiest person ever.

I love this recipe. Its basically become the only muffin I make other than corn muffins. The only change I make is that I make it with all raspberries as I don't like blueberries.

I have made these a couple times and they are always amazing, I've even used just blueberries and they were still fantastic. These are now my go to muffins whenever anyone wants me to bake some and they always get great reviews. Thanks!!

It was so easy to put together, and tasted amazing! I don't think I'll ever make muffins from an already made mix again! I have a 15 month old who ate off of one for breakfast, so I did not add the topping, and it was still amazing! I can't wait to try it with the topping for myself!

These were by far the best blueberry muffins I ever tasted. The rasberries were just an added plus! I love the combination. The lemmon zest and Streusel topping were perfect! I have been serching for a moist blueberry muffin recipe for a long time and finally found it!!

Love this recipe. My husband loves blueberries so I replaced the raspberries with all blueberries. They looked so good coming out of the oven I couldn't wait 10 minutes to cool.

I love this recipe! It was super quick and easy and very tasty! A nice change from regular blueberry muffins. Raspberries did get a little mushed even though I mixed very carefully. Took them to a meeting and didn't have any left to bring home! Will definitely make them again!

Supper excellent flavor. I made it with all blue berries. I didn't have a lemon but a lime so I used lime zest still turned out great. I have tried a number of recipes I think I have found the one I will be using from now on. Also for the toping I used 1T white sugar and 1T brown sugar. Excellent flavor.
