    I was looking for something healthier so skinned the thighs first (but kept the buttah!, and it was delish. My whole family loved it, and the house smelled great.

    Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! Oh my gosh! I cannot rave enough about this recipe. This dish was absolutely fabulous. Even the kids ate everything on their plate. I wasn't so sure about the tomato paste but all the flavors worked out in the end. I used linguine noodles instead of rice. They were perfect! Family is already asking for this again.

    Just finished cooking and eating this wonderful dish. My wife was impressed and wants me to make it again soon. My mother-in-law just flew back from Michigan just in time to eat with us. She loved it. I think it tastes almost like chicken marsala without the wine. It is awesome. The next time I cook it I will serve it over fettucini. I think this would go together much better. Thanks Emeril for such a great recipe.
