My boyfriend and I really enjoyed this! I didn't have tomato paste, so I used sundried tomatoes instead and also used dried rosemary. Next time I will slice the mushrooms thicker so that they are a bit meatier and I might throw in some wine and capers. Excellent recipe! Thanks Emeril!

Ohhhh, Yum Emeril! I used to poo poo your essence, But this, was wonderful. Tasted like roast chicken. A little white wine would have made this a bit more devine.... only a bit. Thank you!!!!

Super good and easy. I added a little white wine before the stock to deglaze the pan- otherwise you lose all the good chicken drippings.

This was a wonderful dish!! The sauce was great over egg noodles, and I didn't have fresh rosemary, so I used dried, and fresh is always better, but the dried was good. Thanks Emeril for a Wonderful recipe!

Awesome. This is so tasty, with a little bit of spice, but not too much. Have to admit I used the regular Essence and fresh parsley (instead of rosemary, as I already had these on hand. My prep and cooking time amounted to 2 hours. I have not been a fan of Emeril's recipes because they have been too involved for the end result, but this one I really did like.

    Tasty!

I made for dinner one night and it was a hit. The tomato paste rounds it up nicely.
