I've been wanting to make beef short ribs for a while now and thought this recipe sounded good. Boy was I right. I made it for my boyfriend last night and he thought it was great. Very easy to prepare and well worth the cooking time. Will definitely make this again.

This was very easy to make. I had some stew left over and put it over roasted potatoes. Very good. I usually only like grilled beef, but this is amazing. Has a lot of flavor. You rock, Emeril.

did not have everything that was needed per recipe so i added a few things in subsitute and it still came out awsome thanks for the idea.
