My husband loved these, I thought they were pretty good and my adult son rated them too spicy. So I just took an average score for the ratings. They are easy to make, although I used a thicker boneless pork chops and so the baking time had to be increased.

This is a winner. good flavor and texture and its easy to prepare. I used this recipe with tilapia fillets and it came out great. Just reduced the cook time to about 14 minutes. The fish came out moist and tender with a crsipy crust and the flavor from the seasonings was super. This one is in my recipe box for keeps.

My husband and 2 sons said these were the best pork chops they have ever eaten. I didn't follow the recipe exactly though. I used seasoned bread crumbs instead of melba toast and just estimated on all of the seasonings. I also did not put vegetable oil in with the bread crumbs. This will definitely be added to our recipe box.

I'm from South Louisiana and I love my food with seasoning, but this was ridiculous. I followed the recipe to the T, but the Baby Bam called for so much salt that this mixture overpowered the flavor of the meat. I thought it might have too much salt when I first read the recipe, and I even reduced the amount that it called for. Everyone scraped off the breading and just at the pork chop. Emeril, you let me down on this one.

The breading is absolutely magnificent and probably be delicious with boneless chicken breasts.

These were very good for pork chops. Stayed juicy, and the flavor was great, as well as the coating getting nice and crispy in the oven, which I always have a hard time with. My 5 year old helped with the shaking and thought it was great fun.
I didnt get the thin chops, rather just took some thicker ones I had on hand and sliced them in half.
Will make again!

This recpie made for a quick, easy and tasty dinner. The chops cooked quickly and stayed juicy. I used boneless pork chops that were 1 inch thick. My husband thought this was delish. This is a great recipe for a day when you do not have much time, but would like a nice meal. Another great recipe from Emeril.

Pork Chops are nice and moist inside and crunchy on the outside.
