This recipe was wonderful. My only change was to use turkey breast cutlets instead of pork chops. Great flavor and the turkey was juicy and tender. Make note, the Baby Bam was a little too salty for my taste (was not at all terrible though.

Normally pork chops are so bland, but this recipe just added so much zest to them!!! I absolutely loved the flavor and the added crunch! They also came out so tender. Thank you so much for a great not to mention quick and easy recipe!

The pork chops came out perfect. I've never liked traditional pork chop recipes. But this was fantastic. They came out moist and full of flavor. And all in about 30 Minutes.
