Had to prepare this for 17 men after a night of partying. I prepared it the night before and they heated up the next day. I made extra - they loved it!!! There was not a drop left.

I made this for a potluck new years brunch to eat post-rose parade. I kid you not when I say that the other guests were hovering over the dish like wild animals trying to get seconds!! I will definitely make this again.

This was great for a night person who likes to prepare the evening before. After refrigerating all night, the casserole was wonderful to pop in the oven and make coffee at the same time. What a treat!

Had a big group spending the night after a Memorial Day. And I wanted and no hassle make ahead breakfast idea. Never tried it ahead of time and it was a HUGE hit. Everyone asked for the recipe and raved about it. Many on us are already talking about other varieties we can make for next time. Ham, tomato, bacon, we just want more Breakfast Casserole.

I want to thank all of the previous reviewers. I took your suggestions seriously and modified the recipe by adding 2 more eggs, used chopped ham, (it has less fat than sausage, 4 slices of turkey bacon, Pepperidge Farms Texas Toast, cooked about 15 min longer. It turned out perfect the first time I made it! The taste was awesome! In my opinion, it makes 4 - 5 servings.

I used frozen cheese Texas toast (thawed in fridge for this recipe and it was incredible. The hit of brunch.
I cooked it longer than recommended too.

This recipe was so delicious, and everyone loved it so much that I wish I had made two. There was hardly enough for 7 adults, and I even used 10 eggs as suggested by others.

One of the veterinarians at work brought this in one day. He cooked it all by himself and the whole office was impressed. It's sooo good and very easy. You have to try it.
