What a delightful taste! had fun making these and the orange flower water just took the taste to another level. Will definately make these again, great little treats.

This is an excellent dessert; however, the instructions are not clear on the number of sheets to use for each one.

I used two sheets, buttered the sheet and added the paste. I added chopped walnuts to the paste.

I would also cut these to 4 inches wide that way you can get three strips out of the dough. They do tend to dry out so they need to be covered with a damp cloth.

I've never made anything like this before but it was fun to make and tasted fantastic. My guests all loved it, especially the syrup. The orange flower water added a unique and delicious flavor.

Two small recommendations: (1 My filo began to dry out before I was done, so I might start with 5-10 sheets to work with while keeping the others under a cloth like the box recommends. (2 Only the tiniest pieces of nut would stick (practically dust, so use a food processor to chop your nuts.
