I've made this for the holidays and for a few special occasions. It is very easy, and impresses the hell out of people. AND it's delicious!

OMG...what a treat! And soooo easy to make! I added a touch of brandy and mixed the brown sugar and walnuts together first, stuck it in the fridge to set up a bit, then spread it on the brie...we had to stop ourselves from eating the whole thing! Can't WAIT to show off this little treat for company!

This recipe was so delicious! I hardly had room for turkey after devouring half of the baked brie myself. I'm not sure why they gave it a medium difficulty rating, because it couldn't have been simpler. Definately serve it with pear slices, as suggested. Delicious!
