I've been using this recipe for the past 2 years and using it again this year. I have 20 guests coming over to try what has become my famous turkey. But I have to give credit where credit is due. Emeril's recipe is the best. I do have to mention that my 2nd attempt was cooked with a bag to keep in even more of the flavor. It was the best. Way to go Emeril.

We use this turkey recipe every year. It is delicious -- moist, flavorful and easy! We have had SO many requests for the recipe. You will never have a more moist turkey. Even the white meat is juicy!

I saw Emeril make this turkey on his show and just knew I had to give it a try. My family and I had never enjoyed a turkey so much. Thanks Emeril!

I loved this recipe, it is time consuming, however I have never had a better turkey and I will always cook my turkey this way. I love it.

This is by far the "BEST" recipe. Everyone says, "My Turkey is the Best they have ever had!" The Brine is the key process. The turkey comes out the juiciest and most favorful. Turkey hater's will love to eat Turkey all the time. Boy, I owe it all to Emeril! Thanks, Emeril

For about four years now I have been using this brine and it makes the best tasting roasted turkey ever. It is so easy to do and the results are wonderful.

The brine recipe didn't seem to clearly state how much liquid was to be used, such as water ratio to salt. It called for turkey or chicken broth, and then gave a recipe for it, but it used carrots, celery, and onions, etc once again. My husband would like Emeril's brine recipe, but I need a clearer definition on the brine ingredients.
