    This was very easy to prepare and was very moist and delicious. I will be roasting turkey more often.

    my husband said this is the best turkey he's ever had, and he's very picky. i never even liked turkey breast until i tasted this. the gravy didn't make sense to us, but the turkey was so moist and flavorful. A+++

    i thought the turkey was great however i did not notice much difference. with a all the work involved it seemed ok. my aunt however says the dark meat was very suculant

    The turkey is absolutely delicious. Just follow the instructions and everything is set. I used this recipe to cook last year and everyone just loved the end result.

    As a young twenty something with minimal kitchen experience I was a bit nervous roasting my first turkey for my husband?s family this year. But this recipe really came to the rescue and I will be sure to use it again for both turkeys and chickens. The other reviewers are right when they say that the cooked turkey is moist and has a great flavor. And I agree that no one ingredient dominated the flavor of the turkey. My husband?s family could not say enough good things about the turkey. My mother in law was first drawn in by the wonderful aroma and after her first bite informed me that it will always be my job to cook the turkey from now on. Thanks Emeril!!!

    Before this recipe, I had prepared my turkey with one of those over bags for 3 years, turned out ok...but after I saw this episode of Emeril Live last year a little before Thanksgiving, I decided to give it a try, even though I never roasted anything before. WOW! Everyone was blown away, it was super moist, full of flavor, but not over powering it (Still tasted like a turkey. I am using this recipe again this year. I am sure it'll be just as good as it was last year! :

    Used this last year and was very pleased. Went from one of those oven bags to this and was shocked how much better it is.
    Was scared when I could not find the recipe I used last year for this...very happy when I found it here.
