Easy and delicious recipe. Will serve this dish at my next dinner party.

Although I did not add the anchovies, I made this dish and LOVE it. I did add a teaspoon of balsamic vinegar, as it needed a little more sweetness, but wow, oh wow, is this good. Do be sure to add the parmesan cheese, as it just perfects this dish.

Oh, I am craving some right now!

I have to say I'm partial to the warmed-topping bruschetta. While this was good recipe, it wasn't a good as I had expected it to be. My husband got a mouthful of a particularly anchovy-thick bite and commented he felt like it was sucking on the wrappings at a fish market... While we love Mediterranean food in general, we won't make this one again.

That's what I said when I took a bite of this Bruschetta. I still can't believe I made this and that it came out soooo good. It was so easy to make and I plan to make it for my friends.

This is one of the best bruschetta recipes I've ever tasted and it's so easy as well! I've served it several times for friends and they know that something is different but they can't place their finger on it. The anchovies and lemon are not obvious and wonderfully enhance the flavor of the tomatoes and herbs. I also threw in some chopped italian parsley and substituted 1 tbsp of the olive oil with meyer lemon olive oil. Delicious!

This recipe was great. I did not have fresh basil so I added dry italian seasoning. Next time I will cut back on the garlic, it was a little overpowering. But overall it was great and everyone loved it.

I omitted the anchovies and returned the tomato topped toasts to the oven for 5 minutes to melt the cheese. The result was delicious! Will make again.
