    I could never make fried chicken like a resturant then I tried this recipe and I think the seasoning after made the chicken just POP! in ur mouth! great recipe but it does take a little prep-time because of the buttermilk!

    This has great flavor and texture but the coating almost always comes off no matter how careful you are. Still worth it by far.

    The chicken was great. The best I ever made. Brought back memories of my grandma's fried chicken. I used the recipe and made all wings one time. They were a big hit at a football party! Something different than the norm of hot wings
