    Amazing!
    We had dinner with a lactose intolerant person, so we substitued greek yogurt for the mascapone and skipped the parmesan. Even with the substitutions, it was a home-run! The dish is so gormet, but yet so simple. Emeril - You rock!

    I did not use this ravioli dough recipe - just the filling and sauce, but it was so good! The pecans add the perfect touch to the filling and the sage leaves are exactly what the dish needs to top it off. Make it on a crisp fall day and enjoy!
